For the past 35 years, Glenn has practiced extensively in the areas of eminent domain, land use, water rights, and Indian law. He has represented clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
In 2011, Glenn won a significant victory on behalf of Wisconsin municipal governments before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which upheld the right of municipal governments to protect agricultural land through local ordinances. See Steve Ottman v. Town of Primrose.
